We live in Georgia and our last three used car purchases have been in Florida, and this is the first from Genuine Motors - a low mileage Lexus. We worked with Jim, and it was a smooth transaction. Jim was easy to work with, straight up without any extraneous salesmanship, and more so, handled some matters post sale. We will evaluate offerings from Genuine Motors prior to buying another used car.

Jim was quick, knowledgeable and courteous. I fully expected some sort of negativity in my communications, but got straight answers on everything. Dealing with out of state dealer is a red flag. Jim was not a typical car sales type. He is the general mgr for obvious reasons. I was doubtful the car would arrive as perfect as he claimed. It not only was beautiful but fully detailed and without a flaw! I highly recommend this company and especially Jim. Also a good word on Eric for email and phone communication. I work at a high end car dealership and my car purchase here was seamless and amazing. They stayed late on Easter weekend threw us the keys to the car we were interested in while they evaluated our trade. They gave me a fair price for my trade and we were in and out from start to finish in 1.5 hours. Eric and the finance guy (I forgot your name!) we’re great and I didn’t even realize the time had passed. I will choose them first next time I’m looking for a vehicle.

Cannot say enough about Jim and the exceptional treatment my wife and I received in the purchase of our 2015 Mercedes S550. Jim went the extra mile in making sure we were satisfied with every aspect go our purchase. We were first contacted by Eric with an email concerning our interest in the car. This response was on a weekend night. Eric and Jim never treated us like regular car dealers do. They were professional from start to finish of our purchase. The best car buying experience we have ever had.

I was searching for a TOP QUALITY Lexus IS 250C. I reviewed the pictures and background, then called and spoke to Eric Haberern at length. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful, We decided to drive over to view the car and test drive it as we were only 4 hours away. It was WELL worth it. The car was in pristine condition and we bought it. I also bought the extended warranty from Nick Burton who was excellent. I had a followup call with Jim DiGuiseppe on some paperwork and was fully satisfied with the ENTIRE team. Thanks!!

I purchased a 2015 Mercedes Benz SL550 from Genuine Motorcars. As a NC resident, I initially felt some trepidation at the thought of making such a substantial purchase entirely online, but I can honestly say that I couldn't have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Everyone with whom I came in contact at Genuine Motorcars displayed the utmost kindness, courtesy, professionalism, knowledge about the product, and above-all it was a pressure-less experience. I like to think I'm a very conscientious and knowledgeable shopper. For this purchase, I was looking for a very specific model of SL550 that happened to be available at three dealers across the U.S. -- one at Genuine Motorcars, a second at another dealer in the Florida area, and a third at a dealer in Illinois. All of the cars had relatively low mileage, with Genuine's example coming in at second to the lowest with approximately 8,400 miles (it also happened to be the second most expensive). After researching all three cars extensively, I narrowed my choice down to the two cars for sale in Florida. The other dealer with whom I was negotiating employed the typical sales tactics -- phone calls every day; crazy negotiating tactics - "other buyers" - despite my request for both dealers to leave me alone while I considered my options. Genuine actually kept true to its word and left me alone to think it over. I contacted them after a few days of considering it and, despite having to pay several thousand more, I just felt more comfortable purchasing the car from Genuine Motorcars. I just had a feeling that I could rely on what they were telling me and showing me about the car and, if anything revealed itself when the car arrived, they would stand by the car as promised. When the car arrived, the first thing I did was took it to my local Mercedes mechanic for a follow-up inspection and initial service -- my mechanic discovered the lower body panel and heat shield were slightly damaged. I contacted Genuine about these issues and immediately received a response from the owner, Joe, who not only apologized, but took responsibility and made it right. It was extremely refreshing to deal with a company and owner who treats his customers with respect. Joe very easily could've rejected this claim because it was discovered after the sale, but instead he did the right thing by holding true to his word and taking care of the issue. It's a rare thing these days for any company to behave in such a manner, much less an auto dealership! In addition to the owner, Joe, I would like to personally commend Jim Deguiseppe, in the dealer's finance department, who helped with the transaction every step of the way. He helped with all of the paperwork and he helped ensure that the shipper loaded the car onto the covered transport without any damage to the vehicle. My sales person, Alex Ginader, was amazing -- he took so much time with me on FaceTime and on the phone going over every detail of the car, including the CarFax history, ensuring the car was detailed properly, getting the tire codes and looking up their history, obtaining manuals, keys, etc. The warranty department and salesperson is outstanding as well. I haven't purchased the extended warranty yet, but I plan to do so in the next month. If you are reading this review, it probably means you've found a car at Genuine Motorcars that you're interested in purchasing. You might be on the fence because you may live in another state or you're concerned about doing business with a smaller dealership -- based on my experience -- you should buy the car! You can feel secure that whatever you've been told about the vehicle you're purchasing is the truth and that Genuine Motorcars will stand behind the vehicle and the sale. I plan to buy my next pre-owned car from Genuine Motorcars and look forward to doing business with Joe and the entire team as soon as possible!

If you are reading this I assume you might be in the market for a premium pre owned automobile. Like me, so many times before ,you are dreading the high pressure BS pitch from a salesman who presumes to know what you really want etc. etc. Next worse fear is his boss who creates more problems with the sale than he solves. In my 80's and loving high quality cars but smart enough not to buy new at the highest price; I have been there many times. I usually own two at a time and always premium brands. Well I found this place to be the best ever and think you need not worry about talking to Eric; the pleasant and informed salesman who you will like and not dred as well as his manager Jim , who will help you in every way with NO fast talk. The cars are inspected by professionals before sale and impeccable when presented for sale. They have a three month three thousand mile warranty that you rarely find these days. My car had a minor problem that was discovered outside the warranty coverage and it was so professionally handled to my complete satisfaction that I will never go anywhere else in the future. Give them a call or visit and expect a great experience!!

Just had a great experience purchasing a 2011 M-B E-350 convertible here; the pictures showed the vehicle was in exceptional condition with only 28K miles; upon arrival and test drive, the pictures did not lie! This vehicle was pristine and drove as smooth as it did when new! Jim was simply outstanding to work with! I was traveling and it took a few days for me to get to the dealership but Jim kept me posted on the vehicle status and then did a great job working with me on the purchase. He took care of all the paperwork and even a few minor imperfections while I made another trip and when I returned, I simply picked up the vehicle and drove off the lot. What fantastic service!! I would gladly purchase another vehicle here without hesitation! Thanks again Jim!!
