I love Genuine Motorcars!!! I bought my second Mercedes convertible from them in January this year. I drove a 2011 baby blue convertible that I bought from them in 2020 for five years with no problems. My second Mercedes 400 E is white and black and I get compliments on it all the time. They go above and beyond in service and customer support. They will even help you find the kind of car that you want. I love purchasing and driving used sports cars. I wouldn’t buy one from anyone else.
The folks here certainly impressed me with the great job they did helping my mom find a solid vehicle. Everything about the situation seemed fair to me, and their kindness towards her, though unnecessary to make the sale, seemed genuine. They also kindly helped me out when I had a couple of general car questions - not about mom's car - months after she bought hers.

One year ago I purchased a 2015 Audi Convertible from Genuine. I love the car. Because I was nervous, I purchased a third party warranty from Car Shield. Turns out I did not need it. I enjoy every so often seeing their inventory. For those of us that love older cards, it looks like a museum.
I have found the people at Genuine to be honest and honorable. A friend of mine sold me a car that he recently bought at Genuine. They covered a repair of the car, covering it as if I had bought it.
